We are evaluating full-turnkey EPC partners for Hinkley Phase 1 and for a pipeline of follow-on projects in San Bernardino County. We value contractors with strong utility-scale ground-mount experience, prevailing-wage and Davis-Bacon compliance, transparent change-order practices, and the ability to support Domestic Content qualification where applicable.

Hinkley Phase 1 is a contracted-revenue project under the California ReMAT program with a 20-year off-take with SCE. We are open to conversations with senior debt lenders, ITC transfer buyers, and equity partners who specialize in small utility-scale solar.
